At Revel Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
